An analysis has been unveiled by a cryptocurrency expert regarding the price projection for Shiba Inu (SHIB), the second-largest meme coin by market capitalization. The analyst emphasized the substantial growth potential of Shiba Inu and outlined an ambitious forecast, contingent on Bitcoin reaching a value of $3 million per coin, envisioning SHIB escalating to a multi-trillion dollar market cap.
Positive Forecast for Shiba Inu
In a video post on X (formerly Twitter) on July 29, crypto analyst Oscar Ramos shared his optimistic outlook for Shiba Inu to his audience of 54,000 followers. Taking into account Shiba Inu’s vibrant community and impressive market performance, Ramos anticipates the popular meme coin could diminish several zeros to achieve a new price target of $0.02.
Ramos derived his prediction from MicroStrategy’s co-founder and former CEO Michael Saylor’s recent Bitcoin forecast. Saylor, at the Bitcoin conference on July 27, speculated that Bitcoin could potentially surge to $3 million per coin by 2045 in a worst-case setting.
Drawn by Saylor’s remarkable Bitcoin forecast, Ramos suggested that Shiba Inu could leverage this potential bullish trend. Furthermore, he speculated that by 2045, Shiba Inu might emerge as one of the distinguished meme coins, distinguishing itself among other meme-based cryptocurrencies in the sector.
Ramos outlined two scenarios to illustrate how Shiba Inu could reach $0.02 in 2045. In the first scenario, he elaborated that SHIB could attain Bitcoin’s current market cap of over $1.37 trillion, triggering a significant surge in price to $0.0023, marking a 13,647.8% increase.
Alternatively, in the second scenario, if Shiba Inu’s market capitalization reaches the current gold market cap of about $16 trillion, the price of the meme coin could soar to $0.0271, offering an impressive 1,600X Return On Investment (ROI).
While acknowledging the uncertainty surrounding Shiba Inu’s potential to hit a $0.02 price target, Ramos advised investors to practice patience, underlining his strong belief in the coin’s future growth trajectory. Ramos also expressed skepticism about a surge to $1 for Shiba Inu currently, but deemed a price hike to $0.02 more feasible if the right conditions materialize.
Deep Dive into Saylor’s 2045 Bitcoin Price Forecast
During the Bitcoin conference, Saylor disclosed three ambitious price scenarios for Bitcoin, unveiling a bearish, base, and bullish perspective regarding the cryptocurrency’s price in 2045.
In a bearish scenario, Saylor projected that Bitcoin’s price could climb to $3 million, propelled by a surge in market capitalization to $68 trillion. In the base case scenario, Bitcoin’s market cap could potentially reach a staggering $280 trillion, elevating its price to $13 million per coin.
Lastly, Saylor’s bullish scenario envisioned Bitcoin’s price surging to a market cap exceeding $1 quadrillion. In this scenario, the price of the cryptocurrency could potentially reach $49 million per coin.
